Hong Kong Philanthropy Day

About National Philanthropy Day in the USA

National Philanthropy Day was founded by President Ronald Reagan of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and was first celebrated on November 15, 1986. November is a special month to recognize and praise those people who have great contribution in philanthropy. We celebrate philanthropy as charitable communities have an increasingly important role it plays in our societies and countries around the world. Philanthropy Day gives us a chance to honor those outstanding philanthropists, foundations, corporations, youth in philanthropy, fundraising professionals and volunteer fundraisers.
